Sachets sous vide
TILLIV Vacuum Packs are designed to compress soft clothing and belongings efficiently. Follow these steps before first use to ensure smooth performance:
1. Place soft clothing or belongings inside the vacuum pack, ensuring clothing sits behind the zipper guard for smooth closure.
2. Hold the D-ring (the black corner), lift the zipper tail gently to close the zipper. You may feel resistance near the closure end - this is normal for an airtight zipper. Please close the zipper completely.
If the zipper feels tight midway, check that no fabric or the zipper guard is caught. Gently free any caught material, then try closing again. Avoid pulling forcefully, as this can damage or dislodge the zipper.
3. Attach the cream nozzle to the deflation side of Nano Pump (side with the metal ring). Open the air valve cap on the vacuum pack and securely insert the pump, ensuring a tight fit.
4. Double-click the power button to deflate. Click once to stop deflation when complete.
Do not insert any other object including other nozzles into the valve. Only use the cream nozzle with Nano Pump to deflate all TILLIV vacuum packs. Black nozzles are designed for inflatables and deflatables, such as pool toys, not for TILLIV Vacuum Packs.
5. Once deflation is complete, remove Nano Pump and close the air valve cap. Your clothes are now compact and ready for your adventure!
Your TILLIV Vacuum Packs are ready to use right out of the box. Each pack is designed with a best‑in‑class airtight zipper that locks in freshness and compression. A little care between uses keeps the zipper performing at its best.
Between adventures, store your TILLIV vacuum packs flat and zipped close in a cool, dry place. Make sure the airtight zipper is not bent or folded.
During packing, small fabric fibers or dust may gather along the zipper, which can affect its airtight seal.
Use TILLIV Zipper Lubricant Wipes to gently remove fibres and dust. Open the zipper fully and wipe along its length to remove any dust or fine fibers, paying extra attention to the ends.
TILLIV Zipper Gel keeps your zipper gliding effortlessly while retaining airtightness over use.
- Open the zipper fully.
- Apply a small, pea-sized amount of lubricant to each end of the zipper.
- Open and close the zipper five times to distribute the gel evenly, then leave the zipper closed after use to maintain lubrication.
Repair Patch
TILLIV Repair Patches are designed to seal small holes or leaks that may occur from accidental damage during use.
Find the leak and cut a patch slightly larger than the damaged area. Peel off the backing and press the patch firmly over the spot. Repeat on the opposite side for a strong seal, and let it set for at least 30 minutes before use.
For effortless care, choose the TILLIV Performance Kit. It includes Zipper Gel and Lubricant Wipes for easy maintenance, plus a Repair Patch for extra peace of mind.
