Important To Note:

  1. It will take 1 – 3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  2. The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees and additional delays may occur. Please note that updates for tracking numbers from certain carriers may not be available until the parcel arrives at the destination country.
  3. Rates do not include duties and taxes. These fees can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
  4. If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your orders, it may delay processing by an additional 2 – 4 business days. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. The TILLIV team will do our best to accommodate changes in the shipping information, but once the parcel has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to change the information nor expedite your shipment.
  5. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available to receive when the parcel arrives. If a parcel is sent back due to the customer being unavailable or due to an error in the shipping information provided, a $25 USD reshipment and processing fee will apply for free/standard shipping and additional charges for express shipping. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to payment to avoid any possible delays.
